Centrelink shows child care usage, absences and CCB amounts, as well as the child care estimator. You may also find helpful information on the paid parental leave scheme, and frequently asked questions relating to child care.
Mychild Website:
Mychild has great information about immunisation, health checks and options for child care and government assistance for child care. This website also shows information on government initiatives in early years learning and the new National Quality Framework.
Savvy Mama:
I subscribed to Savvy Mama to receive weekly news on what is going on- including Gold Coast City Council funded free events, clean up days and dune restoration, tree planting and a great deal more. The site also has great fashion tips for all of the yummy mummies! Follow the link to see for yourself:
Kids on The Coast:
Kids on the Coast is a great glossy magazine with heaps of photos that I always pick up at my sons day care centre. Keep an eye out for our editorial which will appear in the publication in the next few months.
